Chapstick®

Here are some helpful ways to use Chapstick®.

1- If you cut yourself while shaving, apply a little to the cut to stop bleeding.

2- Coat your finger with it if there is a ring stuck on it. Then just slide the ring off.

3- Polish your leather shoes with it, then buff with a dry cloth.

4- Apply it along your hairlinewhen dying your hair, so that the dye doesn't dye your skin.

As I have tried cooking meat in a Chinese dish, I have never perfected the softness of their meat. In various cookbooks I have searched, but I have found no instructions on how to perfect the meat. But, I have recently found out, that the Chinese cooks soak their meat overnight in bicarb soda. I find it very interesting that no cookbooks say this...
